Welcome to Mr CoWork. By accessing or using our coworking space in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our facilities.

1. Membership & Usage

  • All memberships, including dedicated desks, shared office spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms, are subject to availability.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Day passes and hourly bookings must be used on the date/time specified during purchase.

2. Payments & Renewals

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access.

3. Access & Security

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their belongings.
  • Mr CoWork is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for safety purposes.

4. Conduct & Behavior

  • Members must maintain a professional environment, avoiding excessive noise or disturbance.
  • Use of the coworking space for illegal, unethical, or dangerous activities is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect other members’ privacy and workspace boundaries.

5. Facilities & Amenities

  • Facilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, pantry, printing, lockers, and meeting rooms are for member use only.
  • Any damage to property caused by a member will be charged to that member.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used membership periods.
  • Meeting room bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

7. Modifications

  • Mr CoWork reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated terms will be posted on our website.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.

By using the facilities and services of Mr CoWork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
